The absolute BEST!!!!!!! Would highly recommend to anyone in need of a realtor. They truly care and go above and beyond any and all expectations. There are not enough words of gratitude I could give them for the ease of the entire process.

I was bullied and forced into making this purchase. I do not like the home and cry everyday about my experience and about being stuck in this home now. Everything was about the seller and not the buyer. I lost a friendship of 25 years and felt mortified throughout this whole process. I don’t want to keep this home and feel an impeding sense of doom now. I never saw the home without the sellers things until after closing. Upon entering the home 3 days after closing when the key was “hidden for me,” there were maggots crawling all the floors, the walls were filthy with holes in them, the carpets, walls, and fire mantle were stained with animal urine, the wooden floors are scratched, the curtains and rod were taken, the a/c did not work, the water heater went out, the water was shut off, the trash cans were taken, the home warranty was canceled, and the house is simply unlivable. I am a single mother of a 6 year old little girl. I had no idea I would have to replace every floor, paint every wall, fix ac, water heater, appliances, etc. I can’t breath in the home and can’t figure out if it’s carbon monoxide, animal urine, or mold spores from the carpet. I carry a blood oxygen device to the home now when I go there to work. I cannot move in for several months as this home is filthy and my daughter and I are getting sick there. I am at a complete loss on what to do. I put down all extra savings I had. This was not how I intended my first home buying experience to go and I am saddened by this. My agent was not helpful and told me no or that everything was out of her hands throughout the whole process. I was told twice I would be sued if I backed out of the contract and would have to pay $40,000 if I didn’t go through with the purchase. I only saw one home with my agent; the one I have. This was not the match for me and I would have preferred seeing multiple homes and finding my forever home.

This my first home purchase since my husband was in the Army and we moved a lot (15 moves in our first 24 years!). When Joe died earlier this year I decided to move closer to family.
